I have been investing and serving as an agent for the past 10 years.  I've lived in the DC Metropolitan area for the past 20+ years, growing up in Montgomery County, lived in DC early adulthood, invested in DC and VA, and I'm currently in Prince George's County where I've lived for the past several years.  Spending so much time in and surrounding areas of the District of Columbia has made me knowlegable with the market conditions, trends, and demographics.  I also assist lenders with the current foreclosure situations that has dominated our market.  This opportunity allows me to be in the constant know of the market trends, foreclosures in the area, the various opportunities available for buyers and sellers.
